Day 3 of our Seven Day NCL Cruise on the Norwegian Getaway. Today we are stopping in Roatan, Honduras. Such a pretty port but we are staying on the ship today. There are so many things to do on the Getaway and the best time to explore is when everyone is off the ship.

Day 2 of our Seven Day NCL Cruise on the Norwegian Getaway. Today is a sea day so we head to the gym, check out a mojito tasting at the Sugarcane Mojito Bar, and finish up the night with Cagney's Steakhouse.

Sean and Stef's Norwegian Getaway Haven Trip Day 01: March 18, 2018.
Day 1 of our Seven Day NCL Cruise on the Norwegian Getaway. We show priority check in and embarkation for the Haven, a stateroom tour of our beautiful penthouse Haven suite, muster drill, unpacking with the most amazing ebags and finishing up with a great dinner at the Haven restaurant. Can't wait to getaway on the Getaway!!!

The Holland America Oosterdam. It was a fun ship.[/caption]
Our very first cruise was in 2011, it was a Mexican Riviera cruise on the Holland America Oosterdam. Then, we took advantage of living 45 minutes away from Port Canaveral and did the Royal Caribbean Enchantment of the Seas a few times, followed by the Liberty of the Seas. We sort of liked cruising. There were some things we weren't so thrilled about, so we didn't cruise as much as we do now. A few things we disliked about cruising in general:
Norwegian Cruise Line announced the start of construction of NCL's 17th ship, the Norwegian Encore. If you watch our vlog, you know that Stef and I LOVE Norwegian. We're super excited to experience the Encore, right after we do Bliss and Joy of course. :)
Tentatively starting construction in May 2018, Norwegian Cruise Line announces a beautiful new exclusive cruise terminal for NCL and their sister brands. If you've seen our vlog, you know that we're huge NCL fans and we couldn't be more excited about this news!
I'm sure this post will incite a few nasty messages so let me start by saying this is all my humble opinion. I'm not talking about anything other than our specific experiences.
