Music is Life
Hi friends. I recently wrote an article about how I dropped over 200lbs. A significant part of how I did it was managing my stress. One way I lower stress is with music. For me, music is life.
Music is a part of my daily life. From stress management to song selection for my video clients and our YouTube channel, I’ve always got music going on and I thought I’d share some.
For anyone interested in my de-stressing chill playlist it’s an eclectic collection of vibes that you can listen to during or after work. It’s a great way to unwind and relax. I call it Ambient Groove:
