  >  Cruise Life   >  Seven Cruise Ships that We REALLY Want to Experience in 2018 – 2019.

Stefanie and I love to cruise on new ships. I’m a huge fan of architecture and technology, any time you can combine those with my love for the ocean I’m already booked. Below is a list, in no particular order, of ships that we really want to experience in the next year. Wishful thinking on some, but hey we can dream too. If you’re a cruise line and you want us to vlog about your ship, contact us! Our list starts with:

Norwegian Bliss

If you follow our vlog, you know that we love to sail NCL. We’re big fans of the Epic, the Escape and the Getaway PLUS we absolutely LOVE the Haven. The Norwegian Bliss takes the great aspects of all their previous Breakaway & Breakaway Plus class ships and redefines it into something spectacular. I mean, did you see the panoramic views from the Haven? Of course the Bliss also includes something you’ve always wanted on a ship but never knew: GO KARTS. Yep. In an epic space race to see who can bring the most random stuff to play with on a cruise ship, Norwegian takes a swing with Go Karts & Laser Tag. It’s a shame they’re not combined. Stef and I would DOMINATE. 🙂 This ship is gorgeous and I can’t wait to explore it one day. If Norwegian Cruise line wants to invite us to vlog about the Bliss, you KNOW we won’t say no. 🙂

Majestic Princess

We’ve haven’t sailed with Princess yet. We’ve always wanted to. The Majestic Princess gives us a great reason to explore the Princess Cruises inventory. WOW. Another ship built for the Chinese market but also offering Sydney and Auckland itineraries, the Majestic Princess is an alluring ship. If you like the Royal Princess or Regal Princess, this ship is rumored to take much of it’s design from it’s Royal-class counterparts. The Majestic Princess includes a multi-story atrium, an adults only Sanctuary, the famous SeaWalk glass walkway, the Chef’s Table Lumiere and Watercolor Fantasy dancing fountains. We’re really interested in the Majestic Princess concierge lounge and offerings. Hey Stef, If we sell everything we own, how quickly can we get to the other side of the world?

Royal Caribbean Symphony of the Seas

It’s been a minute since we’ve sailed with Royal Caribbean. We’ve been on the Enchantment of the Seas and the Liberty of the Seas a few times. We’ve never been on their massive ships before. Would love to explore the Symphony of the Seas! The Symphony offers a redesigned boardwalk, also offering laser tag, the killer Ultimate Abyss slide and so much more. Between the breathtaking architecture and the amazing tech on board, this ship would be a pleasure to explore. Just waiting to click book…

Norwegian Joy

Similar to the Bliss but tailored specifically for China, the Norwegian Joy looks AMAZING! Wow. Stefanie and I love Norwegian Cruises and we love Asia. So… Yeah, this is a must do for us. We’re not sure how we’ll get out there but it’s a goal of ours to experience an NCL ship with a twist. The Haven sounds unreal on this ship. Wow. Let’s see, how many credit card miles do we need to get out there?

MSC Seaside – (BOOKED)

This ship has been rife with controversy. We’ve also read really great reviews. So naturally we want on to see for ourselves. Yep, we’re booked on the May 26th sailing. If you’re onboard, stop us and say hey! We’ve never sailed with MSC but it looks like we *might* just do so on the regular. Have you seen this ship??? BEAUTIFUL. We’re super excited to check out the Yacht Club. We want to experience their stunning private lounge, pool, bar and restaurant. This ship is rumored to have the absolute best tech on any ship at sea. The architecture is modern with a Miami flair. You know I’m a happy camper. We can’t wait to explore this beautiful ship for ourselves! We might just book another trip while we’re on board. This ship looks UNREAL.

Carnival Horizon

We haven’t had the chance to sail with Carnival. We came close with the Vista, but timing and cabin availability always prevails. The Horizon is Carnival’s second Vista class ship and looks gorgeous! So many cool things to do and explore! The Horizon has the high in the sky Skyride, the SkyCourse Ropes Course an IMAX theater and a TON of new bars and restaurants including a hibachi restaurant and Guy’s Pig & Anchor Bar-B-Q Smokehouse & Brewhouse. We hope for the chance to experience and vlog this beautiful ship! Hey Carnival, want our number?

Celebrity Edge

Celebrity has always had beautiful ships. We’ve sailed on the Equinox and the Silhouette in the past. This was before we realized that sailing at the suite level was the only way to go. We didn’t have the best time on the Silhouette but LOVED the Equinox. (It should be noted that the trip on the Silhouette was marred by a massive group of angry Thanksgiving passengers who were hell bent on griping the entire time. We’d try Silhouette again knowing that it wouldn’t be that way a second time.) Even though our trip on the Silhouette wasn’t the best, the ship was STUNNING and the musicians were out of control fantastic. We’ve always pledged to try Celebrity again, but this time making use of the Michael’s Club concierge amenities. Back to the Edge, this ship is gorgeous and the Magic Carpet is something we want to see and experience for ourselves. The Retreat and the Rooftop Garden are both jaw-droppingly beautiful. Stefanie and I look forward to experiencing the beautiful Celebrity Edge one day. This ship is truly like no other. Anyone at Celebrity looking for vloggers? 🙂
