Cruise Vloggers to Watch in 2019
Hi Friends! Below is a list, in no particular order, of Cruise Vloggers that inspire us, make us smile, entertain us and make us strive to be better storytellers. Everyone in this list is passionate about the same thing: Cruise Life.
We adore each and every vlogger below, please take the time to check them all out. Each one is amazing in their own right. On to our list of Cruise Vloggers to watch in 2019:
CruiseTipsTV –
With over 480 videos, a Cruising Academy and an amazing podcast it’s obvious that CruiseTipsTV is a definitive resource of Cruise knowledge. Host Sheri and her amazing family have the most wonderful vlogs. Our favorite is their Diamond Princess cruise in Asia. So fantastic! One of the best channels on YouTube without a doubt. From the CruiseTipsTV channel “CruiseTipsTV brings you cruise vlogs, interviews, high quality ship, stateroom, packing and culinary videos and common-sense cruise-travel tips to maximize your cruising adventures.”

Cruise With Ben and David –
Two of some of our all time favorite humans on the planet and creators of the absolute BEST Virgin and Bellissima vids on the internet, Ben and David are fun to watch, informative and legitimate time vampires. It’s easy to lose a weekend on this channel. As a fellow filmmaker and editor I absolutely love their shooting and editing style. You two are an inspiration! Why the BBC hasn’t offered them a series along with a big fat check is beyond me. If you don’t know who Ben and David are get ready for some truly excellent ship tours, cruise vlogs, tips and more. If you do know who they are give them a shoutout in the comments.

Kara and Nate –
OK. Kara and Nate aren’t exclusive cruise vloggers but have created some really amazing cruise vlogs during their epic worldwide journey. Kara and Nate are the reason we became travel filmmakers. We’ve learned so much from them about storytelling, relationships and how to be better humans. Kara and Nate are the reason we have a channel. They are the reason we have a mission statement. They helped us realize that travel life is possible. Kara and Nate inspire us to be the best Travel Filmmakers that we can be.

Emma Cruises –
Another one of our all time favorite humans on this planet, Emma is a fantastic cruise vlogger and founder of the amazing cruise community Cruising isn’t just for old people. Her vlogs are fun, informative and she legitimately sails on all of the coolest ships. Emma is another cruise vlogger that should easily have her own show on the BBC.

SoloCruiser –
Julia AKA SoloCruiser is one of the coolest people on the planet. She subscribes to the same mantra that we do: Life is too short to live it at your desk. She is a major inspiration to us. She’s an excellent human and so much fun to watch.
We came across SoloCruiser while doing research for a friend who wanted to join us on a trip. What we found was an amazing resource of truly thoughtful travel vlogs. We had the honor of hanging out with Mr. O’Malley on the Norwegian Escape just the other day. In addition to being an incredibly generous and wonderful human being, Robbie is the definitive resource of all things Norwegian Cruise Line. He is a living backup all of all NCL knowledge and should be an Ambassador for the company. Just saying. If there is anything you want to know about Norwegian, including Haven life, Robbie Cruise has the channel for you.

Josh Hocum (Youtube’s Cruise Director) –
Yep. I said it. If the YouTube ever had a Cruise Director it would be Josh Hocum. This guy is all things cruising plus an incredible amount of energy mixed with heart. You’ll get hooked on his vlogs, then his livestreams and ultimately join his group cruise. It’s only a matter of time before a cruise line offers him a social ambassadorship and or Cruise Director gig. Josh is another time vampire on the list. That’s a good thing.

Very Unofficial Travel Guides –
Stefanie and I found the Very Unofficial Travel Guides while doing research for our Transatlantic trip. We somehow stumbled onto his NCL Epic Journey, Day 4 (Thanks Internet!) and what we were greeted with was host Morgan saying he’s on the Epic, he’s tired and drunk. LOL. His delivery and honesty is addicting. His martini flight video has been played here a few dozen times. Stefanie and I think Morgan is equal parts hilarious and awesome. We love this video so much.

Over 640 videos and 39 Million Views!! WHAT?! We found Gary when looking up bad cabin types. His videos are engrossing. We came for the 10 cruise cabins to avoid and stayed for a few dozen more videos. We’ve been watching ever since. Gary has been all over the world and is a big inspiration to us. We want to travel like he does. From the Tips for Travellers channel: “Tips For Travellers helps you to make more of your precious travel time and money with travel inspiration, tips, advice and money saving ideas.” That’s putting it mildly.

I watch and enjoy several these guys, but my favourite is Don’s Family Vacations. He is so kind and watching early videos while he is battling cancer breaks your heart (at least it did mine).

Yes, Don’s Family Vacations is the best…I always watch his videos first, then go on to a few of my favorites:; Kara and Nate, EECC Travels and several others. All are good and fun to watch, but Don tells you back stories and covers cruise items in the news we all want to know about. Please add Don ! Thanks!

Hi there! Thanks for the suggestion! This is a list of people I actually watch, not a comprehensive vlogger list. As of right this second I’d be lying if I put him in the list. I’ve never seen his vlogs. While I’ve seen a few of Don’s cruise news vids, I had no idea that he did cruise vlogs. I’ll check out his content and take a look. Thanks again!
